Warm, yes. Cold also, yes. :)

Vancouver has a nice even temperament; doesn't have the extremes we do in Kelowna.
Currently 63 here, supposed to hit 88F this weekend, but that's warmer than standard for mid-May I'd say. Our hottest day last year was 101. But generally, summers are low to mid 90's.
Now, the flip side. Coldest day last year was 5F. That's a pretty big swing summer to winter.
That work for ya? :)
It's expensive here though. My old 70's house in a cheaper part of town is around $850K CAD ($600K+ USD).
