Vegetable bin of refrigerator to cold? They are generally designed not to keep things as cold as the rest of the fridge. I have no basement, unfortunately, and no other area of the house is guaranteed not to go up as high as 78 degrees at some point during the summer. I could take it to my Parents basement, but I hate to do that, as I might forget about it. :)
