It sets me all aquiver just thinking about it. And to think that Dr. Parce is a master of grain too....I think about him a lot. You might say I'm cous-cous for him. Imagine all that grenache just oxidizing and festering away in the hot Banyuls sun. Peel me an anchovy, baby!

Just don't tell my hubby Chet about my Parce fantasy. He gets jealous you know (Chet, not the doc). Last year I was crazy for Emile Peynaud. Can that guy talk French good or what????
