Compared it to Mad Hatter.
I think if I was blind tasting I might have guessed it was a Chablis.
Lots of mineral, some steelines, a little oak (but not much,) and no flabby malolactic stuff.
Good acid balance, I bet it will age a decade.
Kinda some pear flavors, and a really long finish that just keep reminding you it was there.
Had it with lamb and it held up.
Two thumbs up. Can be found online if you like to buy without tasting first.
