As much as I love a good zin, I haven't had one yet that reached the heights of a great cab; or merlot, or pinot noir for that matter.

With the world wide economy the way it is and the proliferation of the wine industry, there has to be a lot of juice out there. Hopefully supply and demand will make the less than top end wines come down in price. The top end always has a market.
