You have quite an investment, so take of it. I would get a lot of used cases from the local liquor store, rent a van, and do it myself. A mover could have those bottles sitting in the truck for 12 hours or more...and if it's hot.... Do the drive early in the am when it's cool if you live in a hot area. Other than that, I wouldn't worry to much, anything that's unfiltered may need some time for sediment to settle back down. Enjoy.
