Yesterday, I got the macro coupler rings. Couldnt wait to get out this morning into the woods in to experiment. Unfortunately, lighting conditions are very poor in overcast sky and am still waiting for the external flash to arraive. These are taken with reversed Minolta 50mm/1.4 lens.Doesnt the reflection in the water droplet give all kinds of ideas?

You bastard, you're supposed to be the beginner & us the bleeding experts. If you post any more shots like these I think you should bugger off to another forum & leave us alone in our mediocrity............These are taken with reversed Minolta 50mm/1.4 lens............
I have done 1000s of shots with a reversed lens, you think you're the first do you? The problem is Adi I have forgotten how to do it so could you refresh my memory? Hehe
What did you do just hold the reversed Minolta lens in front of the G3 lens or did it screw onto an adaptor? What a great effect it gives, these are wonderful shots to be proud of.................You mongrel.
regards rod
I know you are encouraging me, but not that much Rod, or I would get complesent. :-)I used the 58-55mm macro couple ring from BH Photo. Was expecting the 420ex flash to arraive last week, no show yet. Hopefully before the long weekend so I get a chance to shoot some stuff.
