To sepia or not to sepia?

I went to take some sunrise pics of Walt Disney Concert Hall on Saturday only to have the skies remain gray with no sun peaking through.
I like the gray tones but also thought it might be an opportunity to try some sepia tones. I know making things sepia can be kind of a cliche but I think I like them.
Opinions?
