They get a lot of highly praised wines and sell them at very reasonable prices.
Here in Houston we have three stores. I've found that the two in the wealthier areas have a larger selection.

IIRC, their wine buyer used to be the wine buyer for Liquor Barn.
They get some great stuff at some pretty good prices. My friend who brought the Tempranillo over tries just about anything they have at under $15.
The problem is that when I buy stuff there to try, if I don't get back to buy it again within a few weeks, it could be all gone.
When they had a few of the better 2005 Bourdeaux's I bought a bottle of one of the lesser priced ones and went home to look it up on Wine Spectator. The one I got was highly rated so I went back the next day to get a couple of more bottles. Gone.
