...in past years, I can recommend you try. I haven't tasted the current releases yet. Costco has a pretty good selection.Dasche
Girard
Edmeades
Cline
Four Vines
Rosenblum and Ravenswood (some years their $10 vintner's blends, or whatever they call it is ok - most of their other better ones are over $20)Rancho Zabaco is widely distributed but I usually don't care much for it.

Yes I've had the Cline(Old Vine) very good, lots of character. Also have tried and don't care for Ravenswood,Rancho Zabaco,Rosenblum. Will check out the other recommendations.Thanx.
...has at least 3 vinyard designated wines that are more expensive and much better than their Old Vines. I think I saw their Big Break at Costco recently.
Rosenblum has about 20 different vinyard designated wines and some are better than others - most are over $20. Hendry is one of my favorites.
Ravenswood has disappointed me in the past few years but I think I've seen some good reviews of their current releases. When I'm back East and the zin pickings are slim, I usally opt for their Vintners Blend.
