...for the past two months my wine tasting group ha met.
Last month we tasted merlots - the best were in the $60 range and there weren't any I would buy.
This month we tasted Italian brunelos ($40 to $76) - I didn't care for any of them since they were all too minerally and acidic, lacking CA-style fruit but would go ok with food.
Next month it's current release zins so I will have a report.
Any recommendations you've found to be outstanding?
