Auctions. New York, Chicago, and San Francisco are the major US centers for auctions, and if the bottles are stored well, or if you have complete cases/original crates, you can do well.
The Classifieds at the back of Wine Spectator have ads for individuals/companies offering to purchase wine collections. Probably won't get as much as at auction, but probably far less work.
