The whole idea of "cellaring" wine is that you keep them in the cellar/basement where it is cool.Oh, wait -"full glass insulated (exterior) door"... so is it a basement or is it a ground floor?
Going to have to cover up that door anyway - you don't want sunlight entering a wine cellar.
Why isn't your wine fridge the right environment for long term cellaring? Sure, you will need more but...
A couple of "terms of art" tips:
"rubies(vintage)" Ouch! Vintage port is not ruby port and in no wise should it be indicated paranthetically to its lesser cousin. In fact, "vintage" in referring to port should never be put in parentheses.
"Stickies" is not a term used by cognoscenti. The term you are searching for is dessert wines.
