Where do you live? Jean Fillioux is a smaller house that is also an excellent value. The vineyards are located in Grande Champagne. Might I suggest an Armagnac. These are produced in a similar style to Cognac and represent an excellent value as they tend to rely on an artisanal approach to production. Good Luck!
