...we met one of the winemakers and he took us to barrel taste their Syrah.
Two different vinyard Syrahs, then a blend of the two.
Fascinating.
Same thing at Vidon Vinyard in the Willamette Valley a year ago fall.
He has three different vinyard pinot noirs, then a blend of two of them.
