A shop owner told me this story. He recommended a wine to a customer who bought a case only to return 11 bottles the next week and ask for his money back because he didn't care for the wine.
The shop owner obliges and a week later the wine gets a very good score somewhere. Of course the guy comes back to the shop demanding his wine back! And of course it had been sold again.
