Anybody on one or more of these? Especially ones that are hard to get on.

Do they require purchases every year regardless of the quality? If so how much? Is everything implied and then if you don't they drop you?

How good or bad have your experiences with them been?

I just got on my first waiting list (Turley) and may look into others.
