A recent test article of some new flatbed scanner in Shutterbug concluded that a film scanner is still superior to the flatbeds for film neg/transparency conversion. Any of the ones you mentioned will do great.
I disagree that you should get by with a flatbed for your 6x7's, but it's your call. If you want a few done and won't be shooting more, find a pro shop that will use a film scanner for you.
