New to the Strasse with questions on a Mamiya..

Hi all,
I was just given a Mamiya C33 medium format camera today, and I'm trying to find out as much information as possible. As you can see from the picture below, it's been in storage for many moons and will need a thorough cleaning:
If anyone has advice on using this (I'm quite new to this vintage and format of camera) I would be most appreciative. I don't have a manual, and I don't want to break anything by pushing on anything too hard *grin*.
