Some company called Phase One has a back out that has a 39mp resolution.
I don't know what cameras they fit on and they'll only be available come late fall, but there ya go. They've also got one that'll do 1 frame per second, a touch faster than sinar's fastest. I think these are intended for medium format but i'm not sure.
