Prefer Neat Image

Posted by Bangaloo on December 1, 2004 at 12:46:39:

I've used Noise Ninja but I prefer Neat Image. It will automatically analyze a section of the image and provide recommended noise reduction settings which you can then tweak to your heart's content. Once you have the setting you like you can store it as a profile to use the next time.

Extremely flexible, not too hard to use. Download the PDF with the instructions & spend about 20 or so minutes reading it and you'll be off & running. I have profiles for 4 different types of film and my digital camera with different ISO settings.
