According to the serial number, it would appear that you have a Leica IIIc made in 1949. Check the web link below for sources for Leica manuals. Some have been scanned and are on the web. There is an on-line version for the IIIf. It is close enough to the IIIc regarding basic operation and should be informative. Remember, the hardest part is loading the camera with film. That requires some practice. You can find loading instructions at:
