Keep the wine away from light and big temperature swings. Use a closet that is in the interior of your apartment...not against an exterior wall. Ideally temps should stay around upper 50's to low 60's all the time.

What year Quilceda did you get?

It's time to gas up the car and take a trip east to visit us in Walla Walla..you won't be able to leave with just three bottles though. Or you could wait till next year when my first vintage will be released.
Enjoy,
Steve
