I have the same tastes. We just did a veriety case thing here where I work. They got 48 cases and made 2 veriety cases.
My favorite was Nocturnum Delerium. Smoother than Chimay and slightly cheaper per case vs Chimay magnums.
There are plenty of good Belgians out there.
Funny thing about your post is I was just thinking the same thing as I found this board.
