The Bible is not so much to be "understood" as it is to be "felt" inside you, the way poetry is.

Maybe it takes some extra effort, but it´s worth it. And old forms of language are closer to the true meaning of words. And then, there´s that thing about left brain vs right brain, which poetic language jumps over so easily, going straight to the core of things...Regards
