You can use any good grade of exterior plywood of abt 3/4 inch thickness. No matter what kind of wood you use you need to do some heavyduty sealing, especially the edges and bottom. where water goes so goes warping and rot. marine varnish is a great idea. It paints on and works as well as fiberglass. Permanence is what you are after here. cut corners and you will be redoing the floor in less than 5 yrs. do it right and it might cost more initially. but it will last for 10 to 20 yrs use galvanized screws and bolts also.
