Does anyone know how to to convert/modify a Tohatsu four stroke 25 horsepower to a 30 horsepower. The engine specifications appear to be identical, so it should not be a complicated procedure. I have talked to several people who say it can be done fairly simple, but they have given different answers on the exact procedure. Thanks.
