I believe this is the same type of boat that Sandy Point rented during the 60's and 7o's. They were made by a company called Beal Boat Company and as best as I can recall, they were located on route 50 east, just beyond the bay bridge about 5-10 miles. They were like floating battle tanks. I rammed so many pilings with those boats while fishing for pearch and rock. I've searched for the manufacturer for almost 15 years and finally gave up. I think they went under when the fishing went downhill.
