I have one, SeaHawk Sport 400, and I am reasonably happy with it! I used a few times last summer, kids & fishing, also have used with electric trolling motor. I am curious, what did you finally end up buying?This year I will be adding some stuff to make it more useable, I like to bass fish the canals & small rivers;
1. Plywood floor (3/8-1/2 inch), this would make it easier for me & my fishing buddy to enter/exit the boat, this may also help hold up the inflatable seat that keeps popping from it clips when I sit on it (210 lbs)...
2. I have reversed the head on my trolling motor and will try using the motor to pull the boat instead of pushing. I found when I use it the other way it was a little uncomfortable reaching behind to steer the thing...
3. I will also be making my own seats/planks, like the SeaEagle(.com) seats, where they have holes drilled in the ends, and are attached with the grab-line...
Tell me about your experience...
