if they are small holes just use some 5200 sealer and a pop rivet to fill the holes or you can get them welded but a fast fex would be to drill the hole alittle bigger to make it round and clean it up with a wire brush then get a good quality rivet and and some marine 5200 sealer and put sealer on the rivet before popping it in the hole.u can also paint the inside of the boat with that truck bed coat to seal it better. it will give it a none slip surface and that stuff goes on pretty thick and hardens like a rock.
