If this is an old motor It was made by ESKA which is now defunct. If it is a newer motor mid 70's or later it is probably a tecumseh. This is not bad. Parts are available for tecumseh. In order to get it to start you must determine that you have spark to the plugs. these should be new plugs gapped at o.35 inch and you need gas to the carb along with compression. If the compression is good and you have no spark the magneto is dead or the points are bad or if newer motor the icnition module is bad.At any rate once you determine that you have compression and proper spark. You should rebuild the carb. It is very hard to diagnose and repair on the web. If you are not mechanically inclined, any competent small engine repair shop should be of help. let me know what you find, Tailgunner
