I am going to buy a small boat in the next few days and right now I'm stuck between two...a 1970's sears 12' fiberglass boat for $100 or a Sea Eagle 9 (11' model) with the fisherman's dream package (oars, floorboards, motor mount, air pump) for $350. Neither come with any power and the sears comes without oars or oarlocks. I am going to use it for fishing rivers, lakes, and the back bays and also for clamming. I need something small that will eaither fit on top of my station wagon or inside. I need something light enough that I can carry it to and from the water by myself. Which one would you buy and why?
