I have a Golden Jet 7hp in perfect condition. (I mean perfect, like brand new!!) The power head is made by Eska and sounds like the same thing you have. It runs perfect and all parts are there, but it won't stay running. It needs a reed valve, I've been told by a mechanic. I'll sell it to you if your interested. A collector would pay big bucks for it and I'll start at $100 & take any offers if you can use it.
