looking to modify a 12 ft alum Jon boat

Hi, I just bought a used boat the other day and want to make it into a good comfy fishing boat. It has nothing in it. Are they any plans or guidance that someone can point me too to get started on ideas.
Suggestions/lessons learned would be great. Thanks in advance.
