The older Zeiss 35mm cameras are known for shutter problems. I have a Contaflex which is afflicted. In my camera's case, the shutter only works above 1/125 sec. At all speeds 1/125 sec or less, the shutter sticks open until the film is wound forward- which will result in a white image from overexposure. My shutter does work at 1/250 sec and above but with only 1/250th and 1/500th to pick from it's hardly usable for much. It's also not worth the expense of repair as it's not in museum condition.Your model is the later version with that lens and shutter combination and they are very common and not deemed very collectiable. The earlier version is more rare and can be worth a bit more.
I suspect your shutter is giving similar problems on the white frames and probably not working at all for the blank ones.
