How do you want to present it to your viewers ? If it was shot for a seed catalog ,they need a natural botonist look. If you intend to show your photo art for people's walls, it's your call... here again is my take based on your leaf. I used levels in photoshop and unsharp mask,along with a diff crop.To take the spoke like stem out of the center and move offcenter to the left. I hate dead center subjects!

I moved to left because I saw Whitish stems more on that side in your original, and white or lighter areas have the effect of moving your viewers eyes off the print.By eliminating those white zones, it brings the viewer into the pic.I always crop out any white near edges of my pics for that reason in competitions!

As you know playing with photoshop is very addictive, and a vast array of effects are possible. It's knowing when to stop.
