Help with picking a digital camer

Which one would be the better choices between a Fuji FinePix S3000 and a Sony MVD CD350 or a CD250? Or can someone tell me where I could go to learn about all the specs other than MP? Things like Min Focus shutter speeds pros and cons and so on?
