Nice! I have been thinking about retiring my 2.1 Toshiba and have been lusting over the Digilux 1 (4mp). Then I noticed the Panasonic LC5 at half the price seems to be the exact camera!! Same lens set, screen, controls, you name it. So, Digilux 2 is going to smoke the old confifuration and make the "1" obsolete. 8^)
