Of course, if you want to tweak images, Photoshop 6 is the best. Abobe Photo Elements is 1st runner up. If you just want to view images, GraphicConverter (Mac OS) is great as it can open almost any graphic file format and play slide shows from folders. It's shareware so its cheap. If you're really thrifty, you could use the QuickTime Picture Viewer (Winblows & Mac) for singles.
