Pictures in Inmate Gallery?

A photographer's haven for the lastest in digital or traditional film cameras.

I took some pictures of my setup but the file sizes are quite big. What is a good extension to save my pictures in so they are a smaller size? Right now they are JPEG and each are about 3 MB.

I am not sure what is a good picture extension still with decent quality.
