You hopefully know how the clone tool works, I'm assuming.

I retouch red eye - first I magnify the eye area 100%. Then with the clone tool I choose a circle size shape that fits around the redeye. I look for a darker area close to eye color and make a selection for cloning into eye area.You hopefully know how the clone tool works, I'm assuming.
