Shutterbug Strasse

I have been going around the neighborhood photographing local homes and eastward toward the distant Cascade Mountains. I'm using both my Leica CM and Leica 6.2R with it's Simmilux f:1.4 lens using Fujifilm Superia ISO 200. What I am noticing, and more so with the Leica 6.2R then the Leica CM is that the color is much too intense and over saturated with a more then natural contrast. This is particularly noticable with the sky, which comes out as an intense blue.
Can this problem be solved with a film that has a more 'natural' color and which is it?
Now doing the same thing with my Olympus 8080 wideangle digital camera the color seems grayer and washed out with softer images in comparison to the Leica film pics. This is when I have the ISO at 200 and the 'sharpness' and 'contrast' set at '0'. When I adjust the sharpness and contrast to +1 the blues from the distant haze and distant sky become an intense blue. The distant trees which should be green, are instead, blue, which is very unnatural. How can this be corrected in-camera.
