But let's say, just for the sake of argument, that it IS 20% of the homes in Russia which have outhouses. So therefore it's OK to provoke a war with Russia (based on our ignorant, "hopeful" assumptions that we could bring Russia to its knees, both financially and militarily), with such ferocity that no Western leader can risk losing face and backing down - even at the risk of getting WW3 under way? What kind of crazed thinking is this? Is Russia on OUR borders, using Mexico to be their war proxy against us "to the last Mexican"? It's not for nothing that I refer to a number of people in power in the West as psychopaths.
