If you just want to view images, GraphicConverter (Mac OS) is great as it can open almost any graphic file format and play slide shows from folders. I use it almost everyday for that purpose. It's very polished and stable. Moreover, it's shareware so its cheap!http://lemkesoft.de

Thanks, but I'm looking for something that I can create and distribute on a CD, that either a MAC or Wintel Machine can easily view as a simple presentation.BillyL
ACDSee is very good and quite fast. It'll do slide shows and whatnot and it's shareware. I don't think you'll find anything that works on a Mac and PC, so you'll really need 2 different programs.
