Very, very interesting. I wonder who is making their lenses now? And, I wonder how expensive they will be? -the article doesn't say.
Follow Ups:
What happened to the ruggedly built compact and simple little hassy of yore. Are they trying to convert the EOS set? What do i know, i'm just some old fart. When i first heard of digital imaging i thought it was the be all end all but i've not used a camera dating from then to now that wasn't a pain in the but. Shutter lag is death! and especially when it comes from AF. I think i've made my point.back to the hassy: i don't see why they'd change lense supplier. As for cost, just a bit under the H1 i assume, i doubt their accountants would allow the feature bloat to compromise their cost competitiveness.
What I heard on another internet site was that this Hasselblad will set you back $30,000 and then lens isn't even a Zeiss but a Fuji. Yiiikes!!!!! Talk about 'not impressed'.
