I'd like to see a closeup of that Prickly Pear looking cactus next to the Agave, great contrast in textures.

    I like that second one with the 2 plants, the Prickly Pear is an amazing looking plant with the change of tones from the base to the top. It looks extremely bright almost washed out, is that its natural colour? We have them here in Australia but they are a deeper green but have significantly less savage spikes so i'd say it's a different variety.

      what does your EXIF data read on those shots? very very contrasty, decent composition, but could use some photoshop work just to clean them up a touch.
