I'm using Zoombrowser 4.0 which is a major improvement, but it keeps giving me 2 shortcuts on the desktop. Any attempt to delete one of them makes the remaining shortcut inoperable.
Anyone else experienced this problem? Canon support tells me to live with it but it's most likely a windows problem and I would prefer just the one shortcut icon.
My o/s is win xp pro.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I don't use the start menu very much as I work mainly off the desktop and I'm not enthusiastic about uninstalling and reinstalling as this was an upgrade from the previous 3.2
I reinstalled 3.2 a couple of times and the database did not take very kindly to this.
Perhaps I'll live with the 2 icons.
You don't need either shortcut, just use the one in the start menu.
No such problem here. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling?
