as in many things in life, perfection does not exist. Screw caps have issues too.
While some wineries will tell you that they have gone to screw caps to protect their wine, the reality is that it saves them money. A screw cap is much cheaper than a cork plus a tin capsule.

Well lets be honest.Part of the enjoyment is the ceremonial uncorking and the subsequent sniffing of the cork.To some it's almost like a Japanese tea ceremony.A screw top,well is just a screw top.
