Costco carries them quite a bit. Usually tied to some very pricey wine districts at lower than average prices.
Occassionaly there is a sales person pushing these wines at Costco. They tend to infer that the juice is from some very good wineries and your getting it at a great discount.

...like anything else, but at their price, the good ones are usually very good values.
I haven't found any that really knocked my socks off, though.
The problem is that they sell out pretty quickly and if you buy a few to taste, there may not be any left when you go back to buy more.
Hughes has an internet mailing list to alert you to the latest releases and which Costcos will be carrying them.
Worth joining if you're interested.
I've tried just one, a 2003 Sonoma Syrah,at about $15,excellent,big fruit,elegant,a wine you would associate with a higher price point.I'm fascinated by the business model and marketing concept.
