APS negs are tiny, about 56% the size of 35mm. That's fine for full frame 4 x 7 prints or cropped 4 x 6 but the panoramic prints are too grainy for my taste, especially with 400 ISO film. Heck, 24 x 16 enlargements may pass as pointillistic art work. However, that Canon Elf sure is cute. I'd stick to 35mm if you have enlargements in your future.

...Ah, people--in a couple of years,35mm film
will probably adopt some of the APS design-features,
to whit: using a
magnetic stripe ON the film to record information
such as ASA,etc., or having a LCD screen on back of camera
so you can
preview your last shot,A la Kodak's APS Advantix Preview
camera...and don't forget that APS-style
cartridge film-loading such as APS COULD be
adopted by 35mm cameras...
